SheerID Launches Data Tools

In Oregon, identity verification specialist SheerID has launched two new services: Marketing Hub, a curated marketplace of solutions to engage communities; and DataConnectors, which streams verified first-party consumer data into more than 400 martech solutions including CRM and CDP systems.

Jake WeatherlyFounded in 2011 and backed by a number of VC investors, SheerID allows client brands to identify and acquire customers from highly valued consumer communities including the military, students, teachers and first responders - with personalized offers through loyalty programs, digital wallets, and other approaches. These individuals are instantly verified via the firm's '200,000 authoritative data sources'.

Marketing Hub takes selected and vetted offers from partner firms and makes them available to specific communities worldwide. The solution taps strategic partnerships with Refuel Agency and The Campus Agency to create turn-key packages allowing brands to run full-service digital and social marketing campaigns, and provide branded content and video to students, teachers, military veterans, and military service members. Additional partnerships with data providers facilitate omnichannel campaigns including email, social media, direct mail and ad platforms, targeting college students and the military, with more segments planned.

DataConnectors streams verified, opt-in data including individuals' life stage and community membership to more than 400 marketing solutions in users' tech stack, including Salesforce, Adobe and AWS, allowing targeting messaging. The data can also be connected directly to reporting systems like Tableau and Google Analytics and engagement platforms like Marketo, Braze and HubSpot.
