New Jibunu Tool Aims to Smooth Research Processes

Fitchburg, MA-based MR services and technology firm Jibunu has launched MR-LEAP, a solution designed to redefine efficiency in survey programming services.

Jibunu, launched in 2003, designs and develops custom market research tools and methodologies to meet the needs of individual clients. A proprietary platform allows clients to create solutions for both qual and quant research, including complex, custom projects such as conjoint, max-diff, adaptive, KANO, diary studies, advanced logic or graphic / multimedia needs, and multiple languages. In the last eighteen months the company has added a survey text editor tool; medical transcription features for its video / audio response capturing tool; and QA Note Tool, which helps improve the survey review process for internal teams and their clients.

Jibunu says LEAP, which stands for Leveraged Effort for Accelerated Productivity, uses advanced tech to reduce the time and effort required to transition from survey design to actionable insights. The new solution includes Document Evaluation - providing a comprehensive review of survey documentation for consistency and to flag up potential efficiencies; Intelligent Automation, using machine learning and customizable rulesets to automate repetitive tasks, improving accuracy, efficiency and speed; and Process Optimization, which redefines workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring smoother project execution from inception to delivery.

The system serves and can be adapted to a wide range of survey needs, from ad hoc studies to complex and/or multi-wave tracking studies.
