Sprinklr Hires CTO

Unified customer experience management platform Sprinklr has appointed Amitabh Misra as Chief Technology Officer, starting this week. Misra will lead all R&D teams worldwide including product and engineering, and also joins the Executive Leadership Team.

Amitabh MisraSprinklr captures massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels. Last week the firm announced full year 2023 revenue of $732.4m, up 18%, while more than doubling its non-GAAP operating income to $32.4m.

Misra brings to the role more than a quarter century of experience in building large-scale platforms for companies of various sizes. Most recently he was VP of Engineering at Adobe, leading a global R&D organization for the software giant's Experience Cloud Platform, including engineers, product leaders and AI/ML researchers across India, Europe and the US. Earlier he was the founder and CEO of GOFro.com and CTO, Chief Architect and head of engineering at Snapdeal.com. He holds an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a BTech degree from IIT Kanpur.
