HfS Alliance Adds Price Benchmarking Expertise

HfS Research has announced a strategic alliance with HEX Advisory Group, aiming to enhance their industry analysis offer, in particular around contract price benchmarking.

The deal integrates HfS' advisory expertise with the HEX Index, described as 'the most authoritative benchmarking tool for global IT-BPS contracts'. The HfS platform will now offer benchmark metrics, contractual insights and access to advisors combining HfS' industry intelligence capabilities with HEX's experienced price benchmarkers and seasoned IT-BPO sourcing practitioners.
