MR Marketplace and Collaboration Platform Inex Upgrades

Survey vendor marketplace and collaboration platform Inex One, based in Stockholm, has added a new feature called Workspaces, allowing users from different organisations to collaborate on projects.

Launched in November 2022 and modelled on the company's existing expert network offering, the survey marketplace allows users to connect and chat with survey vendors, send requests for quotes, receive bids, select providers and run projects, all in one place.

Last year, Inex One launched a feature called Survey Multi-Source Capability, allowing buyers to commission and collaborate with multiple providers within the same survey project - for example getting bids for survey fieldwork in different world regions from different companies.

With the latest upgrade , customers can collaborate with other customers. For example, user research firms can invite their external consultants or other partners to collaborate with them on the platform - the customer company retains for itself all raw insights - such as depth interview recordings and transcripts.

An additional upgrade allows users to view all the research they have ever purchased on Inex One, saved in a single location on the platform for revisiting any time.
