MiQ Hires for US Expansion

London-based marketing intel and programmatic media specialist MiQ has announced a number of US leadership appointments to help scale the business. Ryan Griffin joins as SVP Strategic Partnerships; and Amanda Whiteman, Corrie Overby, Megan Birschbach and Marli Varian in Regional VP roles.

The firm, which has eighteen offices located across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, connects clients' first-party data and enhances it with second- and third-party data; then analyses it to build appropriate creative and target it via programmatic ad campaigns. Last month it launched its services in the Republic of Ireland, appointing Niall Murtagh to lead its expansion there in the role of Sales Director.

Griffin brings a experience in strategy and commercial roles from firms including Niantic, Flipboard and AdColony, plus agency experience working with blue-chip brands. In his new role he will help develop partnerships supporting national customer service efforts, as well as strengthening relationships with clients themselves.

MiQ says the four new Regional VPs will be pivotal to its growth strategy, strengthening its presence in key regions and deepening its understanding of client needs across diverse markets and industries. Whiteman will focus on the Mid-Atlantic region, Overby the Midwest, Birschbach the Great Lakes, and Varian Northeast.
