Focus Forward Rebrands Transcription Arm

In the US, transcription agency Focus Forward Transcription is changing its name to Wordibly, as it adds a new AI-based technology platform to its existing human-based service.

Parent company Focus Forward also offers qual recruitment in the US, incentive processing and coding of open-ended answers, and was founded by CEO Kim Harrison (pictured above) and COO Andrew Le Guelaff (pictured below). Wordibly now offers a choice of transcrption modes: Human only, Human + AI, and AI only, via an online ordering system, as well as customized solutions via its customer success team for B2B clients.

The firm says the Wordibly brand symbolizes its future and better reflects its positioning today: 'custom and self-serve speech-to-text solutions delivered at scale'. Harrison comments: 'Today, in addition to the rebranding of our longstanding market-leading customized human transcription service, Wordibly successfully launched a new self-guided transcription platform for standard human transcription, AI transcription, and translation. While we will always maintain an outstanding client service team, we designed our new platform to meet the growing demand from clients who need a self-service option.
