TRBI Rebrands As Synovate

The TRBI brand, for a decade one of the UK's best known names, has disappeared with the New Year as the agency continues its integration into Synovate, which acquired it in January 2004.

Since the acquisition, TRBI (The Research Business International) has undergone a period of absorption into the current UK business. Recently, Synovate reorganised to bring together all of the UK businesses, including research divisions based in London and Kent and the UK operations of ViewsCast, Synovate's interactive voice response specialists.

Managing Director of Synovate UK, Michelle Norman, commented, 'I am delighted that TRBI has rebranded as Synovate. According to the Marketing Magazine Market Research League tables of 2003, Synovate is the 6th largest research agency in the UK with a turnover of £47 million and 450 staff based at offices in London and Kent.
