Automated insights pioneer Zappi has appointed Mike D'Aloia as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Manjula Kandasamy as VP of Go-To-Market Operations and Ian Myszenski as VP of Revenue Operations.

Zappi employs over 300 people in offices in Boston, London and Cape Town, and is used by 350 brands to better understand consumers, accelerate the innovation pipeline, and optimize ads and products before they go to market with pre-launch data. In the autumn it launched an Innovation System combining its customers' proprietary data sets with Large Language Model technology to help accelerate innovation cycles and forecast in-market performance.
D'Aloia (pictured) brings more then 25 years of experience leading commercial teams and driving revenue transformation in SaaS, insights and data-driven organizations. Most recently he was EVP and Head of Sales at market intelligence platform Quid, leading the firm's global revenue strategy. Before that he was SVP of Global Sales Brandwatch, and was part of the team leading its sale to Cision. He has also worked as VP of Global Data Analytics Sales at Forrester.
In his new role, based in the Boston office, he will lead Zappi's global sales and customer organizations, working closely with CEO Aaron Kechley who comments: 'Mike is a team builder at heart. His deep experience in coaching and leading high-performance commercial teams in the SaaS insights space will be invaluable as we continue to redefine how the world's best brands market with consumers at the center.'
Kandasamy, who also started this week, will drive operational excellence across Zappi's commercial organization, ensuring teams are structured, enabled and equipped to maximize customer retention, expansion and growth. Her experience includes leading GTM operations at companies including Roku and dataxu, where she helped optimize commercial strategy and drive cross-functional alignment across sales, product and customer success.
Myszenski, who will help further strengthen Zappi's commercial foundation by optimizing systems, tools and insights, brings experience in operational strategy, analytics and enablement, including more than a decade across roles at Pinterest and Google.
