Six Appointments at Nexxt

Toronto-based conversational AI survey solutions firm Nexxt Intelligence | inca has been growing its team, appointing Tim Benner, Louis Devane-Waters and Onose Ikekhuah in customer success roles and Yang Lu, Mahmoud Shahwa and Dongwan Kim to boost the development and technical support teams.

All six new arrivalsNexxt's inca (inquisitive natural conversation agent) uses conversational AI to improve and scale up qual response, powering its end-to-end Big Qual platform as well as SmartProbeAPI, which adds qual probing capabilities to any quant survey platform; and AI Coding, which analyses and codes open-ended responses.

Benner, who will serve as Customer Success Director for clients based in the US and Canada, brings more than twenty years' experience in senior MR roles on both client and supply side, including leading teams at Samsung and Pizza Hut in the USA. Devane-Waters joins in the UK as Senior Manager, Customer Success, after roles at YouGov, Cision and Savanta spanning seven years; while Ikekhuah takes the same role in Canada, after five years at BPO firm Millennium 1 Solutions and two at Civil Engineering firm Baird & Associates.

In the development and technical support teams, Lu joins as Conversational AI Lead, and Shahwa as Full Stack Engineer, while Kim re-joins the company as Engineering Manager.

CEO Kathy Cheng says the move comes as the company 'continues to roll out a number of exciting new innovations for its inca capabilities.'
