Kognitiv's omnichannel personalization platform promises its users 'deeper relationships with their customers' throughout their lifecycle. The firm was previously home to retail insight provider Intelligence Shopper Solutions (ISS), which was acquired by IRI in 2021.
The buy is Capillary's fourth investment in the loyalty space since 2021, and the firm says it significantly expands its global footprint and strengthens its position in the North American market. According to co-founder and CEO Aneesh Reddy, this makes it 'a pivotal moment in Capillary's journey to change how brands build meaningful customer relationships.' Tim Sullivan, CEO of Kognitiv, adds: 'Our shared vision of inspiring lifetime loyalty through deeper customer relationships makes this a natural fit.
