A new Out-of-Home (OOH) agency has launched in Germany, with an offer combining creative strategy, data-driven insights and multi-market campaign execution. Silverflow will initially focus on the German market, with the aim of expanding into emerging OOH markets across Europe.

Silverflow is headquartered in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area and is the creation of Winfried Karst and Adrian Skelton. Both men are former executives of WPP's Kinetic, and of Talon, which alongside New York-based billups is one of the key players in the expanding OOH solutions space.
The company will offer real-time audience targeting via digital sites, and promises measurable outcomes with data-led planning and post-campaign insights.
