In the US, video research platform Voxpopme has announced the launch of AI Moderator, which allows users to conduct large numbers of real-time video interviews asynchronously, without the 'logistical burden' of scheduling or hosting depth interviews.Voxpopme offers an all-in-one qualitative insights platform, focused around video surveys and with tools for the rapid analysis and sharing of insights.
The new AI Moderator has been purpose-built for qual, and runs the entire process from 'asking questions and leading conversations' through to generating instant analysis. Users choose a target audience, upload a discussion guide or build it within the tool, which then conducts interviews with targeted participants in a 'natural human voice' which the firm says leads to 'smooth, organic interviews'. Once complete, interviews are reviewed and responses analyzed using Voxpopme AI Insights.
CEO and founder Andy Barraclough (pictured) comments: 'Since the beginning, we've focused on helping brands connect with consumers at scale - first by making video surveys a fast and powerful way to gather insights. Now, with AI Moderator, we're taking that one step further by making in-depth interviews just as scalable. It removes the friction of scheduling and moderating, while still capturing rich, human stories - so teams can uncover the insights they need, faster and more often.'
With the launch, Voxpopme is offering a free AI-moderated pilot project - details at go.voxpopme.com/ai-moderator . The company is online at www.voxpopme.com .
