Three Senior Hires for The Good Side

Strategic insight and storytelling studio The Good Side has appointed former C Space exec Kathryn Blanshard as its first Managing Director, Andrew Dodds as Senior Insight Director, and Katie Wise as Insight Director.

Founded in 2017, the agency specialises in understanding cultural complexity, working for clients in technology, media and entertainment brands, as well as on social impact studies.

Blanshard was MD EMEA at C Space, leading the communities pioneer outside the US while it was part of Omnicom and then Escalent Group. She spent more than fifteen years at the company and its predecessors, joining Promise Communities as a Consultant in January 2010 - Promise was acquired and merged with Communispace in 2012, as part of Omnicom. The division was renamed C Space in 2015 and acquired by Escalent two years ago.

In her new role, Blanshard will take the lead on business operations and commercial strategy, helping scale reach and impact for the fast-growing studio.

Wise brings ten years' experience in insight and cultural strategy, from firms including Crowd DNA, and PwC where she was a Senior Insight Consultant. Dodds brings almost two decades of research experience, including serving as Director and Head of Qualitative Research at MTM, and as an Associate Director at Kantar.
