Transatlantic Buy Unites Life Science Advisory Firms

Yardley, PA-based pharmaceutical commercialization services specialist Herspiegel has acquired London firm Decisive Consulting, creating a provider of of strategy, evidence and execution services across the pharma product lifecycle.

Herspiegel consults with life science clients to commercialize their offerings and maximize their brand potential, with expertise spanning market access, medical affairs, marketing and patient services. Decisive was founded in 2020 and describes itself as a 'challenge agent', bringing 'Rebel Thinking' to explore new ways to address business challenges around market access and product development - from early-stage portfolio design through to HTA strategy and execution across multiple countries.

The firms says the new integrated offer 'brings together scientific insight, evidence strategy, deep market intuition, and executional precision to ensure brands are built to lead.'
