Tenetic, the consumer behavior platform launched earlier this year by a stellar line-up of MR industry figures, has appointed David Verklin, a former CEO of Aegis Media Americas, to its Board of Directors.

Tenetic was unveiled three months ago by a founding group led by Circana Chairman Tod Johson and including John Bremer, Bill Engel, Bill Livek, Kathi Love, Darren Person, John Rose, Karyn Schoenbart and Chris Wilson.
Verklin (pictured) is a Senior Advisor with BCG (Boston Consulting Group) and as CEO of Aegis Media Americas helped to create the independent media agency business in the US and Latin America, bringing media agency Carat to the New World and integrating its online and off-line marketing services by merging Carat Fusion and CaratUSA. He served on the Board of Aegis Group plc for ten years prior to its sale to Dentsu.
