Argentine MR tech company Livepanel has added new features to its 'N-Infinite' sample-scaling solution, including new agile formats and the option to generate synthetic open-ended responses.Livepanel's technology helps its clients - concentrated in Latin America and the Caribbean - to make the best, most cost-efficient use of mobile devices as survey tools. N-Infinite was launched in 2024 and promises users the ability to self-generate synthetic survey data in a matter of minutes, through a combination of primary survey data and profiles of non-surveyed individuals. In May this year, the firm announced an upgrade making it possible to 'boost' specific quota groups or use census data to augment survey data, without the need for additional profiling datasets in support.
The new agile formats allows clients to scale real samples in cases where additional 3rd party profiling attributes are scarce. In the new 'Express' mode, primary survey data for over 100 countries worldwide is used alongside 3rd party demographic data, to expand results. A new 'Lite' mode allows for rapid boosts on existing samples without requiring new profiling - the company says this delivers up to 30% to 40% boosts 'in any given sample cell, almost instantaneously.'
The solution has also added the ability to synthetically generate original open-ended answers that are consistent with other questionnaire responses and with the panelist's characteristics. This software integrates machine learning technologies into LLMs to maintain contextual relevance and avoid hallucinations, and also offers normalizing and coding for brand awareness questions (such as top of mind awareness), conceptual normalization, and free-form responses.
The new features are available now to the platform's most advanced clients and will be joined by more features and applications during the remainder of 2025. CPO Leonardo Valente (pictured) comments: 'These innovations are in response to the market and our client base, where 3rd party data is often scarce and open ended responses were a challenge. This launch reinforces N-Infinite's leading position as the preferred data augmentation tool, a fact we have been able to confirm through independent evaluations that have been made public in recent months.'
