Argentina-based MR tech company Livepanel has upgraded the SaaS version of its synthetic responses platform. Clients can now 'boost' specific quota groups or use census data to augment survey data, without the need for additional profiling datasets in support.Livepanel's technology helps clients make the best, most cost-efficient use of mobile devices as survey tools, with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. A year ago it launched a platform called N-Infinite promising clients the ability to self-generate synthetic survey data in a matter of minutes through a combination of primary survey data and profiles of non-surveyed individuals.
The firm says the new features will allow N-Infinite to be used across a wider range of projects and use cases, albeit with different capability constraints depending on the specific methodology used.
Founder and CPO Leonardo Valente (pictured) says the firm has been 'working hard behind the scenes' to make N-Infinite 'more accessible for more clients across more projects.' He adds: 'Whilst we believe strongly that using primary, personality profiling is the best way to augment survey data, in many cases this is not possible and these new solutions are now robust enough to be used within acceptable error levels. Clients now have a range of possibilities available to them when looking to use Machine Learning modelling to augment their survey data.'
