Automated consumer research platform provider quantilope has launched quantilabs, an innovation hub where existing clients can access its products at an early stage, before they are released to the general market. The platform combines research automation, AI and real-time consumer insights, tapping a panel network giving access to more than 300m consumers worldwide, and a total of fifteen automated methods for data collection, analysis and sharing. The offer includes quinn, an AI co-pilot launched at the end of 2023.
The new quantilabs feature is accessed through a separate web site and allows for collaborative product development with clients, who are invited to give their feedback on products still in development, with a direct impact on which ideas merit further development and are eventually released. One of the first early-stage innovations available will be an AI tool promising to instantly measure the effectiveness of CEPs (Category Entry Points) in advertising, providing an expansion of the firm's Better Brand Health solution.
CTO James Motley (pictured) comments: 'We created quantilabs to maintain our leadership in innovation for insights professionals while building stronger relationships with our clients. By giving our clients direct access to our R&D pipeline, we're transforming them from passive users into active co-creators who help shape the tools that will power their future research.'
The new feature can be found at labs.quantilope.com .
