Fullcast's British Buy Adds Forecasting Tech

In Salt Lake City, sales performance software firm Fullcast has announced the acquisition of British company Ebsta, provider of a revenue intelligence platform. Terms were not disclosed.

Fullcast logoFullcast's platform helps revenue teams to design, manage and track their GTM strategies, pulling all relevant data together in one place to improve decision-making speed and quality. Ebsta's software allows B2B sales teams to build forecasts using historical performance analysis, engagement trends and KPI tracking.

The firms say their combination will allow clients to design and operationalize GTM plans; gain actionable intelligence on deal health, identify pipeline risks and improve forecast accuracy; automate data capture and enrichment; enhance sales coaching and performance; and use data to strengthen customer relationships.
