In Sydney, measurement platform Mortar Group has appointed Paul Sigaloff in the new role of global Chief Customer Officer.

Paul SigaloffMortar is an independent, privacy-safe measurement platform that unifies marketing mix modelling (MMM), incrementally testing and digital tracking. Earlier he worked as VP and Head of APAC at Yahoo!, responsible for markets across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

In his new role he will be responsible for shaping and executing Mortar's global customer strategy, for embedding a culture of customer excellence, and overseeing the design of new services and solutions to anticipate marketers' needs.

Group CEO James Zipeure comments: 'Paul has a proven ability to lead transformation and put customers at the centre of growth. His leadership will ensure that Mortar not only delivers powerful technology but also drives extraordinary outcomes for every customer we serve. This is a landmark appointment as we scale globally.'
