Reputation helps clients track, manage and optimize the online performance and image of their brand, and launched a new platform at the beginning of this year.
The firm's Competitive Insights tool has been reimagined as part of its built-for-AI strategy, and incorporates specific knowledge bases for each of the company's core industries, delivering real-time contextual intelligence within existing workflows. Reputation says it now goes beyond benchmarking to highlight where competitors are outperforming and improvements needed.
The Voice of Brand tool helps businesses to maintain a 'consistent and authentic' brand narrative across consumer touch points - the tool can incorporate each client's unique brand 'tone of voice', instantly score content for brand alignment, and features automated governance to protect their brand from risky or inappropriate language before it's published.
AI Reputation Manager, which was launched in the spring, promises 'a clear, proactive view of how a brand shows up' in AI-driven search platforms including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. New capabilities for the fall allow businesses to monitor location listings across generative platforms.
ReputationIQ, to be launched in the next couple of months, uses genAI 'to instantly turn customer feedback into clear, data-driven answers' - users can ask complex business questions in plain English and get an answer in seconds.
