Sales Veteran Venza Joins Full Circle

In the US, online sample provider Full Circle Research has appointed former Torfac and Dynata sales leader J.R. Venza as Vice President, Sales - Southeast.

Full Circle has been ISO certified since it was a year old, in 2014; is fully GDPR compliant; and is co-founder of the global MR industry ISO awareness campaign #QualtyForAll. The firm's offering includes Survey Roundtable, a proprietary panel and InstaConnect, a programmatic solution that captures the hardest-to-reach audiences. Its anti-fraud system includes respondent security screening tech HoNoR and a pattern recognition system called Watchdog. Headquarters are in the Washington DC area, with more than twenty other offices across the US, and in 2022 it opened its first international office, in Paris.

Venza (pictured) brings more than 35 years of market research experience, most recently from Torfac where he was SVP, Global Sales - in this role he directed revenue generation, managed sales teams, restructured pricing models, expanded service offerings and led global account growth. Before Torfac, he spent nearly a decade at Dynata, and predecessor companies Critical Mix and Authentic Response, as Director, Key Accounts. Earlier in his career he held leadership and research roles with The Gallup Organization, The Link Group, CfMC, AnswerQuest, L&E Research and Echo MR. He has also served on a number of industry initiatives and groups, and is currently an Insights Association Board Director / Past President for the Atlanta/Southeast Chapter.

In his new role he will focus on expanding business with new and existing clients, while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
