Profiles Leader Caroline Frankum to Leave Kantar

September 15 2025

Caroline Frankum is to leave Kantar at the end of the year after nearly a decade, most of it as CEO of the Profiles division.

Caroline FrankumFrankum (pictured) worked in planning and research management roles at BskyB, UKTV and Fox Kids/Jetix before joining brand and comms research specialist Hall & Partners in 2009. She was Managing Partner, London before promotion to CEO of the group's European Consumer business in 2014. She joined WPP in 2016 as EMEA CEO of digital data collection firm Lightspeed Group, and was named its Group CEO a year later. The reorganisation and rebranding of Kantar in 2019 meant she was now CEO of the Profiles Division, a role she has held until now.

In an announcement on LinkedIn, Frankum listed building and shaping Profiles, and 'helping to position Kantar at the forefront of data quality' as among her proudest achievements over the last decade, in addition to helping create a culture 'rooted in inclusion, purpose, delivering results, and always getting better.'

She added: 'To everyone who's been part of this chapter - a heartfelt thank you, I am truly grateful to all of you. Your support, collaboration, and belief have meant the world, and I feel blessed to have made some lifelong friends along the way.'

Neither Frankum's next move, nor the identity of her replacement at Profiles, is known to DRNO at present - but we'll announce them as soon as we hear!
