OpinionRoute's proprietary Navigator workflow software promises to streamline operations and improve data quality for survey researchers - the firm also uses it for its own survey sampling and data collection services. In February it announced it was buying Fitchburg, MA-headquartered Jibunu, a designer and developer of bespoke market research tools and methodologies to meet the needs of individual clients.
With Jibunu's software now integrated, OpinionRoute is offering clients custom programming services both within the Jibunu survey platform and other leading survey tools; acces to richer, more engaging surveys with add-ons, including gamification, AI Chats and virtual shelves; full integration into Navigator for reporting; and access to a full suite of data quality tools, including CleanID, ResponseID, and QC Flow, in a single log-on environment as part of all full-service data collection projects.
Kayla Cousineau (pictured), COO of OpinionRoute, comments: 'In today's Research Ops world, speed and efficiency are necessary but cannot come at the cost of quality. Completing our technology integration equips our clients with a modernized process they need to thrive in this environment.' Ken Berry, founder of Jibunu and now SVP of Strategic Partnerships at OpinionRoute, adds: 'It's so fulfilling to watch as my vision for MR-LEAP has sprung into reality as we integrate Jibunu technology into The Navigator. There is no one better than OpinionRoute to support MRAs in the current climate.'
