The Hub combines the expertise of the three firms. Oregon-based InsightsNow helps clients with marketing, branding and product development, via a combination of custom, collaborative solutions and a proprietary behavioral framework called the Habit Flywheel. 113's Jacquard AI is a machine learning / NLP-based platform which analyzes millions of comments from online conversations, combining software and expert human analysis; while Aigora offers sensory and consumer science, Knowledge Management and predictive modelling.
The Hub promises to fast-track product innovation and help optimize customer experience, surfacing the subconscious drivers of consumer choice and helping clients act on them rapidly. Inputs include social media listening, market intelligence and survey data, and the platform offers seamless integration across teams and workflows, for real-time collaboration and alignment.
The partners say the Hub's agents - with which users can converse - 'don't simply process data but understand and advise on how to disrupt and create new habits.' Dave Lundahl (pictured), CEO of InsightsNow, says the new platform aims 'to simplify how brands sense and respond to consumer change with speed, clarity, and confidence.' He adds: 'By combining behavioral science with AI, we will enable teams to detect shifts in sentiment, uncover emerging needs, and respond with strategies that resonate deeply and drive impact.' Dr. John Ennis, founder of Aigora says the Habit Flywheel framework 'shows how exceptional methodologies can amplify AI to set new industry standards.' Anupam Singh, President of 113 Industries comments: 'The unprecedented power unleashed by recent advances in Large Language Models has enabled 113 to develop fine-tuned AI models including Emotion, Needs/Benefits, Sensory, Situations, Product and Brand Preferences. Together, these enable R&D, Sensory, Insights and Innovations professionals to reveal what consumers really want to a level of depth and precision that is unmatched in the industry.'
