The firm's Insights division, branded as Bovitz, offers qual and quant research, consulting, and operates a proprietary panel. It also has a marketing services division called Boombox. Sackman joined the company as CEO in June after 38 years at Material and its predecessor company LRW. His appointment allows founder Greg Bovitz to step into the role of Executive Chairman.
Shrut (pictured) spent the last ten years at Material, as an SVP, and the previous ten at OTX and Ipsos, latterly as SVP of Ipsos MediaCT. She earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Operations Research and International Engineering from Cornell University.
The company says she is 'driven by her thoughtful leadership, strategic perspective, and genuine care for her clients,' and 'Known for collaborative style and being a joy to work with, whether as a teammate or a trusted consultant.'
