Auxia Upgrades Customer Journey Platform

California-based Auxia, which describes itself as the first Agentic Customer Journey Orchestration Platform, has announced an AI-based redesign and 'transformation' of its platform, promising marketers 'a unified space to design, optimize, and analyze every customer journey.'

Siddharda GarimellaAuxia says it platform, which helps marketers make intelligent decisions relating to activities like onboarding, upsell/cross-sell and retention, has been AI-native since its inception, but will now help users move from idea to impact more quickly and intuitively.

A redesigned console make extensive use of agents to 'think and act alongside marketers', proactively surface insights, suggest actions, and automate complex tasks behind the scenes. Campaigns are now organized into core marketing workflows called 'Journeys', designed to align directly with customer needs: these include Evergreen Journeys, for always-on experiences such as email, in-app, and push notifications; and Burst Journeys, which support short-term, high-priority initiatives such as holiday promotions and where marketers can direct the agent to temporarily expand reach and visibility for key, time-sensitive messages.

Siddharda Garimella (pictured), the firm's engineering lead, says the upgrade aimed 'to replace complexity with clarity.' He comments: 'We redesigned our user experience so marketers can see their ideas, data and creative work come together visually. We've made it easier for marketers to focus on strategy and storytelling, so our Agentic capabilities feel like a truly helpful sidekick, not another tool.'
