US company Research Results, a specialist in outsourced MR services, has partnered with AI-based fraud detection platform Verisoul, to promise its clients high quality, verified participants for research studies.
Research Results offers a wide range of operations services, including online sample procurement and cleaning, panel building and management, survey programming, dashboarding, data entry and data tabulation. Austin, Texas-based Verisoul uses active forensics to analyze thousands of network, device, behavior, and identity signals for every user, in real time, to prevent survey fraud including bots, duplicates and other fraudsters. In addition to MR, the firm works across AdTech, AI and FinTech, and claims to catch 'up to 104% more fraud' while reducing false positives by up to 28%.
The agreement means that from later this month the Verisoul tool will be built into all Research Results' data/panel projects as part of their new RADAR tool, a proprietary quality intelligence system designed to strengthen every step of the research process.
Research Results' Head of Field Operations Jeremy Engelin says of the deal, 'We partnered with Verisoul because they bring a modern, thoughtful approach to data verification that fits perfectly with how we define quality. Their background in fraud and identity tech - from outside the traditional market research world - offers a fresh way to think about sample quality and bad-actor detection.' Verisoul CEO Henry LeGard adds: 'Unlike traditional market research fraud tools, Verisoul's technology is battle-tested against enterprise-scale and even nation-state threats.'
