AI analytics platform Amplitude has rolled out AI Feedback, a customer feedback tool using a proprietary LLM process to turn raw input into prioritized, actionable insights. The software was originally developed by Kraftful, which Amplitude acquired in July this year.
Amplitude's platform allows users to analyze, test and optimize user experiences via tools including Analytics, Session Replay and Guides & Surveys. This summer's Kraftful buy added software that automatically collects and analyzes support tickets, call transcripts, survey responses, reviews, and a variety of other user feedback, and uses a proprietary LLM analysis to distill the massive volumes of unstructured data. Integrating the two in the new AI tool allows clients to instantly surface customer input, understand what matters most, and take action within the Amplitude platform.
Specific new features include the ability to identify a product's most requested features, so as to develop a roadmap; align product messaging with the words and phrases generally used by customers; proactively address complaints before they become cancellations; and easily generate product requirement documents (PRDs).
Kraftful founder Yana Welinder (pictured), now Amplitude's Head of AI, comments: 'The hardest part of building great products isn't writing code. It's hearing what customers are saying across thousands of sales calls, reviews, and support tickets. AI Feedback provides clarity into what customers really want - all in one place.'
Amplitude now has more than 700 employees, with offices in the US, Europe and Asia, and is online at www.amplitude.com .
