SAMY and Sprinklr Formalise and Extend Partnership

US firm Sprinklr and Spanish-based SAMY have expanded a global partnership bringing together experience management and social media marketing. The firms will team up on go-to-market strategy, integrated delivery, and ongoing innovation.

Nathan TownsendSAMY was founded in 2012, is majority-owned since earlier this year by private investor Bridgepoint, and currently employs more than 900 people in twenty offices. Headquartered in Madrid, the company helps clients with social-first marketing strategies, through a combination of proprietary software and advanced analytics tools. Sprinklr's 'Unified-CXM' platform' captures massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels.

The firms says their collaboration will help brands create more meaningful customer experiences across channels, and drive measurable business results. The two have already worked together on a number of accounts, including Diageo, for whom they developed a 'Foresight System,' turning emerging social media conversations into actionable insights and enabling proactive planning across product, marketing and business strategy.
