In the US, digital consumer experience specialist Cro Metrics has launched an AI chat feature called Ask Iris, giving companies a new conversation-based interface with their experimentation data.
The company helps clients with digital journey optimization and experimentation, including customer understanding, risk mitigation and business scaling. The Iris platform helps users to manage programs and understand their impact on the bottom line.
The new feature promises to make complex, multi-touchpoint customer journey data accessible across departments, with stakeholders including marketing, product, and strategy teams able to learn and use the system in 'minutes instead of weeks.' Director of Product Steve Meyer (pictured) comments: 'When everyone can easily access insights, collaboration becomes effortless. Ask Iris helps teams onboard faster and turn shared knowledge into stronger alignment and smarter decisions.'
The firm says security is fundamental to Ask Iris's architecture, with client data remaining fully isolated and protected, and no information ever crossing between accounts. Every response is generated exclusively from the client's own program data.
