E-commerce marketplace tech company Pattern Group has acquired ROI Hunter, a performance-driven retail media platform which brings product, marketing and merchandising data together to help clients make informed, SKU-level advertising decisions across platforms such as Google, Meta and Snap.
Pattern applies proprietary machine learning and AI models to 'more than 46 trillion' data points to help global brands optimizes and automates their e-commerce procedures, encompassing advertising, content management, logistics and fulfillment, pricing, forecasting and customer service - across more than 60 global marketplaces from the online stores of Target and Walmart to Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop. ROI Hunter operates a product performance management platform, unifying data from across the e-commerce ecosystem and offering product-level insights, dynamic creative, and campaign optimization.
Pattern says the buy unlocks expansion opportunities for both companies, and 'strengthens its position as the world's leading e-commerce accelerator', allowing it to offer 'a uniquely granular view of product-level performance.'
