DoubleVerify Hires EMEA Managing Director

New York-based digital media measurement company DoubleVerify (DV) has appointed Stuart Flint, a veteran of TikTok, Yahoo and Microsoft, as Managing Director for EMEA.

Stuart FlintDV, which was acquired in 2017 by investor Providence Equity Partners, provides software that measures and verifies the quality and effectiveness of digital ads. A number of its solutions are accredited by the MRC. Since mid-year the company has launched a new variant of its analytics and performance solution Authentic Attention, focused on Social Media; expanded an existing integration with Microsoft Advertising, and reported strong growth for the third quarter, with revenue up 11% to $188.6m and adjusted EBITDA of $65.9m.

Flint brings more than two decades of experience in global media and tech. He joins from TikTok where he was General Manager, Europe, leading the Global Business Solutions team and helping to drive significant revenue growth; and earlier worked in senior leadership roles at Verizon Media, Yahoo, AOL and Microsoft Advertising. In his new role he will oversee DV's operations across the EMEA region, expand client relationships and support go-to-market strategy to accelerate growth.
