London-based, AI-moderated consumer research firm Bolt Insight has appointed former Kantar and Suzy researcher Glendy Concepcion Rodriguez as a Research Manager, based in New York.

The company's BoltChatAI qual platform uses AI to moderate real-time conversations, and features smart and dynamic probing, stimulus upload, multilingual capabilities, as well as recently-added features Dynamic Personas and Meta-Analysis. Last week the firm announced a £7 million funding round, earmarked for global expansion and for the development of an 'Assistant AI Chief Insights Officer', a real-time intelligence and decision-making partner.
Rodriguez (pictured) worked as a Technical Account Manager at Kantar / Kantar Millward Brown for two and a half years before joining end-to-end research platform Suzy in June 2021, initially as a Client Success Coordinator and most recently as Project Management Team Lead. She brings experience of overseeing complex programmes of research and guiding response to fast-moving business questions.
Welcoming her 'strategic mindset and commitment to elevating the role of insight', the company said on LinkedIn that her arrival marks 'an important milestone' as it expands its presence and accelerates its growth in the States.
