UserTesting and Figma Partner for 1-Minute UX Test

Bellevue, WA-based enterprise data and customer insights firm UserTesting has partnered with collaborative design platform Figma, to allow designers to launch and analyze UX tests directly inside their workflow using an AI plugin.

When the solution launches in Q2 2026, designers will be able to convert Figma prototypes into live user tests in under a minute, simply by describing their prototype and task goal. The AI generates test scripts including instructions, tasks, and follow-up questions, and flowing success metrics, behavioral themes and video clips directly back into the Figma platform for immediate iteration. The deal follows the recent acquisition of participant recruitment platform User Interviews, extending UserTesting customer insights solution from end to end.
