International data collection and research tech company Sago - known until three years ago as Schlesinger Group - launched the formal specialist Health offering in the Spring of 2024, building on longstanding expertise in the sector and fronted by EVP of Healthcare Shannon Childs and CEO Isaac Rogers. The buyer was MLGH (Med Learning Group Holdings), which aims to help healthcare practitioners provide optimal care to their patients.
Today the company supports nearly 500 pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare agency clients each year, completing more than 4,000 market research projects annually. Its proprietary panels connect clients with more than 33,000 verified patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals, for a range of projects from traditional and digital qual and quant surveys, recruitment, focus groups, and hybrid research approaches.
'TriVoca Health represents who we are today and where we're headed,' states Rogers. 'Our work has always been rooted in listening to patients, providers, and caregivers, and ensuring their voices directly inform better healthcare decisions. This rebrand clarifies that purpose and positions us for continued growth.'
'Our team's focus on healthcare brings deep expertise, strong regulatory knowledge, and enhanced security practices to every project,' adds Childs. 'We understand the quality necessary in our industry and are trained on adverse events and the impacts of AI when working closely with our clients. As a result, we are thoughtful in our approach while maintaining safeguards for privacy and data integrity.'
