US nonprofit MRII and its partner the University of Georgia have launched Knowledge Navigator, a new tech-enabled tool promising 'clear, reliable answers to research and insights questions in seconds.' MRII says the tool 'draws from proven, industry-recognized expertise, not generic AI responses.'
West Dover, VT-based MRII (Market Research Institute International) aims to meet the continuing educational and training needs of MR professionals worldwide, and works with the University of Georgia to develop and deliver online courses which are endorsed by the main national and international industry organizations.
The new Knowledge Navigator is powered by the organisation's established Principles of Market Research curriculum, and offers help to those preparing for a client conversation, working through research design, building a presentation, or refreshing their understanding of core concepts. Panel company OvationMR served as the technology partner for the tool.
MRII stresses that Knowledge Navigator's responses come exclusively from the Principles of Market Research curriculum, which while ensuring accuracy and reliability, it also means responses are limited to course materials.
The tool, which is currently free for registered users, can be found online at www.mrii.org/knowledge-navigator .
