Austin, Texas-based online survey and research services firm QuestionPro is to merge with its long-time sister company Trymata, provider of a UX research and usability testing platform.
QuestionPro provides a fully integrated online platform for survey research, CX and EX software, as well as polling, journey mapping, employee 360s and data visualization. Aside from its Texas headquarters and other US offices, it has locations in Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, Australia, the UAE and India.
Remote usability testing specialist TryMyUI was acquired nearly a dozen years ago by Survey Analytics, a division of QuestionPro, and has since been renamed as Trymata. The firm provides an end-to-end digital experience insights platform combining remote usability testing, product analytics and session replay to help teams understand how users interact with websites, apps and digital products. Tools for both moderated and unmoderated testing, behavioral analytics, and UX research across devices allow users to identify areas of friction, 'frustration and annoyance'; optimize user journeys; and drive continuous product improvement.
The firms say the merger creates a unified hub for the future of quantitative, qualitative and UX insights all in one place. Trymata will become a part of QuestionPro's complete UX insights solution within the combined platform, and its 25,000-strong usability testing panel will be integrated into QuestionPro's audience offerings, giving customers streamlined access to high-quality participants for remote UX and qualitative studies.
