MiQ is headquartered in London, with 21 offices across North America, Europe, APAC and Latin America, and offers buying platforms, ad inventory and audience intelligence. Scott (pictured) joined it in October 2019 as CEO for the ANZ region, after heading up online publisher Allure Media, and having worked earlier in senior management positions at Microsoft, and at ninemsn and Havas. He was promoted to the APAC role in the summer of 2022, with Fiona Roberts stepping into his old role.
A spokesperson for the company told Australia-based publication www.mumbrella.com.au , MiQ's markets in the region will now be managed individually by their own more local leadership. The spokesperson wished Scott well for the future and said in a statement: 'We routinely assess our business operations in each of our individual markets around the world. Our intention, as always, is to ensure that our product is resonating with our clients and our business is growing in line with our ambitions. In this case, we decided to make a change. We remain committed to the region as part of our global expansion strategy and will continue to invest broadly to grow our business there.'
