In the US, B2B data firm ZoomInfo has announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year ended December 31st. Reported annual revenue rose 3% to $1,249.5m, while adjusted operating income was up 4% to $445.9m.

ZoomInfo holds firmographic, technographic, contact and intent data on more than 100 million businesspeople worldwide, has been established for around twenty years and was acquired in 2019 by DiscoverOrg. Its Copilot AI-powered solution brings its intelligence together with a client company's first party CRM data, to provide insights for use by salespeople.
Fourth Quarter GAAP reported revenue was $319.1m, also an increase of 3% year-on-year. The company closed the year with a total of 1,921 customers spending $100,000 or more per annum, an increase of 54 in the twelve months and 34 in Q4 alone - these customers now make up more than 50% of total Company Annual Contract Value.
Henry Schuck, founder and CEO, says of the result: 'In 2025 we delivered record revenue, expanded profitability, and increased free cash flow, while building the all-in-one AI platform for go-to-market teams. In 2026, our focus is on bringing that platform to our customers at scale - putting our differentiated data, intelligence, workflow automations, and AI-powered insights directly into the hands of go-to-market teams and AI agents so they can more efficiently find, win, and grow customers.'
In guidance for the coming year, the company was cautious, predicting revenue of $1,247m to $1,267m - a rise of 0 - 2%.
