KJT Integrates Sparq Intelligence AI Brand

February 18 2026

In Rochester, NY, healthcare insights firm KJT has announced the integration of its Sparq Intelligence solutions into the KJT brand, bringing AI-supported qualitative and predictive capabilities directly into its core solutions.

Michaela GasconKJT was founded in 2007 and now employs more than 50 full-time staff across the USA. Sparq AI solutions help capture conversational insights and model complex decision-making, and were developed a year ago as a separate brand as the company explored the potential for the revolutionary tech in its insights work. The integration recognises the more mature stage they have now reached, and will allow KJT to use AI-driven interviews to uncover 'fast, candid insights' from patients and HCPs; and to make use of digital twin modeling to extend primary data, enabling better foresight and decision-making.

The firm says the move will also specifically reinforce its investment in and ability to handle complex areas such as rare disease, real-world evidence, and patient-provider communication. 'These AI capabilities are already being embraced by our healthcare clients and embedded into how we work together every day,' comments company President and CEO Michaela Gascon (pictured), President and CEO of KJT. 'This integration reflects a growing readiness to move forward with AI-enabled solutions that allow us to move faster while maintaining the scientific oversight and human judgment our clients expect.'
