New Commercial Chief and HR Leader for Savanta

Savanta has appointed former PSB Insights CEO Dave Gordon as Chief Commercial Officer, based in Boston, MA; and Anna Hamlin as Global VP of HR, based in London.

Savanta is part of marcoms group Next15, and offers customised research and consulting; data collection, including access to 100 million respondents through a proprietary platform; and branded intelligence solutions including reputation trackers BrandVue and MarketVue. The firm has teams in Europe, the Americas and APAC. In December, the company hired Jane Price as CMO, Global Head of Marketing.

Gordon (pictured above) will lead the global commercial team, with responsibility for driving sustainable growth, strengthening strategic client partnerships and scaling Savanta's go to market capabilities across regions. He brings more than 25 years of experience from companies including Forrester Research, Lightspeed / Kantar, Phoenix Marketing - now part of MarketCast; and Ace Metrix, now a part of iSpotTV. He left the Chief Executive's role at PSB a year ago.

Hamlin (pictured below) brings nearly two decades of experience leading HR functions in large global organisations, most recently hospitality group Mercato Metropolitano, and earlier at Time Out Group, Tripadvisor and ITV. In her new role she will lead global HR, recruitment and compensation at Savanta.
