Sago Adds AI Moderation to QualBoard

Research tech and services firm Sago has enhanced its QualBoard enterprise platform with the addition of AI Moderation, promising to gather qualitative insights faster and at greater scale.

Iselin, NJ-based Sago, known until 2023 as Schlesinger Associates, offers a broad range of managed and self-serve qual and quant solutions, and has a global network of proprietary facilities, panels and partnerships to provide worldwide data collection and project management services. It acquired QualBoard as part of 20|20 Research six years ago.

The firm says AI Moderation supports research teams' need for a balance between speed and depth, by handling core moderation tasks so moderators can focus on higher-value analysis and decision-making. The tool allows users to gather text, audio or video responses without the scheduling challenges of live sessions, and features multilingual support allowing teams to include participants across regions without requiring translators or native-speaking moderators.
