Cadent Hires for New COO Role

In New York, predictive advertising company Cadent has appointed Taly El-Zmetr in the new role of Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.

Cadent helps clients optimize, manage and measure campaigns across media. In the Spring of 2025 it unveiled a new platform bringing AI-powered predictive intelligence to 'all' stages of advertising, allowing brands to combine forecasting before a campaign begins with optimization as it runs. The platform is built on more than fifteen years of proprietary data and some 22,000 custom predictive models.

Last month, the firm appointed Kim Tingler as Chief People Officer, and Daniella Krieger as SVP of Marketing.

El-Zmetr (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience leading global strategy and operations, most recently from Walmart Connect, where she was VP of Operations and Client Services, helping to develop an operational engine supporting a period of explosive growth. Prior to Walmart she held senior leadership roles at Condé Nast and Pandora, leading international expansion, unifying global client services teams, and building scalable systems to support evolving advertising models.

In her new role, she will be responsible for strengthening the strategic alignment of solutions, operations, and partnerships across Cadent, ensuring seamless integration of data, inventory, and measurement for the world's largest advertisers. Cadent says the move reflects its rapid evolution and market growth, coupled with its commitment to enhance operational scale and enterprise-level client service.
