In New York, predictive advertising company Cadent has appointed Kim Tingler, previously of Rokt, as Chief People Officer, and former MiQ marketer Daniella Krieger as SVP of Marketing.
Cadent's platform helps clients optimize, manage and measure campaigns across media. The company launched a new platform last Spring, bringing AI-powered predictive intelligence to 'all' stages of advertising, allowing brands to combine forecasting before a campaign begins with optimization as it runs. The platform is built on more than fifteen years of proprietary data and some 22,000 custom predictive models.
Tingler (pictured above) brings more than fifteen years of experience leading people strategy, organizational transformation and culture development in media and technology companies. Most recently, she served as SVP of People and Culture at Rokt, and before that SVP of HR for A+E Networks - earlier she spent more than ten years at NBCU, supporting the Advertising Sales and Marketing teams. In her new role, which expands the firm's executive leadership team, she is charged with ensuring the organization is well-structured and equipped to support both business expansion and employee success.
Krieger (pictured below) joins with more than seventeen years' experience leading brand, product and go-to-market teams across ad tech and digital media. Most recently she was SVP of US Marketing at measurable ad platform MiQ, leading go-to-market strategy for its AI-powered programmatic advertising platform Sigma, while building and overseeing US product and brand marketing teams. In her new role In her new position she will oversee brand and product marketing.
