Strong Revenue Growth for Semrush

Online visibility management platform Semrush has reported revenue of $443.6 million for the full year 2025, up 18% from the previous year. The company made a loss from operations of $22.8m, but on an adjusted, non-GAAP reported operating income of $53.3m, up 16%.

Bill WagnerSemrush is headquartered in Boston, USA, and provides SEO, advertising, content, social media and competitive research campaigns from a single interface, as well as cross-channel measurement and optimization of digital ad campaigns. It owns competitive intelligence automation specialist Kompyte, and has recently launched a web search compliance checker, and an app, allowing marketers, SEO teams and marketing analyst clients to access its live data directly within ChatGPT.

The company, which is being acquired by Adobe for $1.9 billion and is an investor in and partner of in-the-moment data collection firm MFour, said the number of customers paying more than $10,000 annually grew by 31%, and the number spending $50,000 plus by 74%.
