See Research prides itself on providing a deep understanding of consumers across a broad range of categories, working on projects including strategy, communication, innovation, experiences, and marketing to kids & youth. Ink Research was founded in 2015 by Barry Noble and Praxedis Schnurbein, and specialises in advanced quant methods, working with global FMCG and retail brands on strategic shopper and NPD initiatives.
Holan is also the owner of qual viewing facility The Lens, with all three teams now based in See's office in Farringdon, London.
Howard Josephs, founder of Holan Consulting and MD of See Research, says the buy will allow the companies to deliver 'clearer, faster and more actionable insight for our clients,' significantly enhancing the group's ability to deliver end-to-end research solutions. It will also help to expand their international reach and broaden category coverage.
Schnurbein adds: 'We are very excited to be joining See Research whose values align so closely with our own. Bringing our people and capabilities together strengthens our collective expertise and sets the stage for meaningful, long term success.'
