London-based property and household intelligence company Outra has appointed Kimberley Joyce as Head of Agency, with a remit to establish the firm's first dedicated agency team and drive strategic partnerships.
Outra was established in 2017 by a team including former Tory party strategists Jim Messina and Lynton Crosby, and led by former dunnhumby exec Giles Mackay, who also founded property market analytics company Hometrack. The company combines rich property and household data with predictive analytics, to help clients in real estate, retail and media develop audience-first strategies.
Outra is a sister company of home buying and selling tech specialist Upstix, whose CEO Fred Jones
it now shares.
The company says its expansion into agency-focused solutions is a significant move. Joyce (pictured) will build and lead a new agency team, driving strategic partnerships, and supporting clients in adopting the company's advanced data and analytics platform. She brings more than a decade of experience in agency and data-driven marketing, most recently from Samba TV, where she was Principal Partner; and previously in senior roles at Blis and GroundTruth, which included managing client partnerships as well as the development of new geo-targeting and ACR-based solutions.
Outra CRO Graham Field comments: 'Kimberley's extensive experience in agency partnerships and data-driven marketing makes her the perfect leader to establish our first dedicated agency function. Her appointment underlines our commitment to helping agencies thrive in an evolving media landscape, while leveraging the full potential of our privacy-first, household-level data. We're excited to see her build a high-performing team that will drive measurable growth and deliver strategic value for both our agency partners and clients alike.'
