Growth for Stagwell in 2025

March 13 2026

Marcoms group Stagwell, owner of the Harris Poll and Harris X brands, has this week reported annual revenue up 2% to $2,909 million, for the full year 2025; and adjusted EBITDA of $422 million, up 1%.

Mark PennStagwell is also the parent of media monitoring firm Unicepta, and recently retired the separate brand of another acquired company, Maru Group - now known as Harris Poll UK. In recent years the ad agency group has invested substantially in integrating and building the services of these insights subsidiaries, including through the launch of the Harris Quest Research Suite.

In the fourth quarter of the year, revenue rose 2% to $807m, and adjusted EBITDA 3% to $129m. During 2025 the firm launched an agentic operating system known as The Machine; AI search optimization tool Stagwell Search+; and NewVoices.ai, an independent AI agent for customer assistance.

Chairman and CEO Mark Penn (pictured) says the results and the group's 'strategic pivot' towards AI applications and services give it 'a powerful foundation for 2026,' and pointed to record levels of new business, expanding margins and doubled free cashflow. He adds: 'We see great opportunity in 2026 to capitalize on an industry distracted by restructurings and mergers, and bolster our position as a winner in the age of AI.'
